I’m still waiting since my initial consultation in April 2024 on full mouth, upper and lower implants, to get starter it is now August 2024. I was told that they would contact me with scheduling details after they hear back from my insurance on what they would cover. After about 6 weeks of not hearing anything from this office I called them and was told they were still waiting on my insurance coverage and was promised a call when they hear from my insurance company. 2 or 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing again so I call them back and explain what is going on and I hear another person talking to the person I’m talking to and there’s a lot of confusion going on among them and ultimately they schedule an appointment for me to start the process… finally. Appointment day comes and I receive a message about 40 minutes before my appointment asking if I can come early so I hop in the car and try calling them back as I’m on my way to the office but am unable to get through to them, their phones are dead. I get there only to be told that the woman that I talk with at my initial visit messed things up and was fired and that basically they were unable to start and I also told them their ph

Recently had a dental cleaning from hygienist Julianne. She was very thorough, professional, courteous, and gentle. She also gave pointers for proper dental cleaning at home. Highly recommended!

Don’t sign anything! I signed a form agreeing to pay for an upgraded flexible partial. When I got it, it was nothing like the sample the showed me. Nothing flexible about it so they sent it back. I said never mind, I will do without, just wanted my 1200.00 back. Dr Corsello said please let me make this right so I said ok, I will just get a regular Metal partial like I have always had in the past. Having been a patient of this dentist for at least 6 or 7 years I never expected them to rip me off but they did. Since I signed a letter to pay up to the full cost of the flexible partial, they billed me the full price of the metal partial as well and refused to give me the refund. They are very slick, the wording is very vague in the letter they make you sign and they don’t date it so they can And will use it against you at any time for anything vaguely related to the diagnosis in the letter. This dentist truly does value money before ethics!

I started seeing Dr. Corsello several years ago to have a same day Cerec crown done. It was wonderful experience to have all work done in one visit. My next visit was for a tooth implant. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of entire procedure was less than I was quoted. Dr. Corsello provided Invisalign treatment to make my smile complete😁 Everyone in the practice from the front desk to the hygienists are all very friendly and thorough .

Dr. Corsello is awesome. He can do a root canal AND the crown- did my husband's in one sitting. He's great with the needle- compared with other dentists we have visited the needle for Novocain hardly hurts! He's great and considerate with drilling. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
